Fine stay for one night. Staff were super friendly.
Matthew at reception was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Very appreciative as we were traveling with an infant. Only reason for four stars is that coffee isn’t available before 7, and the other person working the front desk (NOT Matthew), wasn’t necessarily kind in telling people so. #bemorelikeMatthew
I haven't received bad service from this venue yet. Private rooms a plenty. Servers are accommodating and extremely patient. When most hotel have terrible catering food and service. This place surpassed all the others so far. This picture was a small group of about 50. In the back l, by the outdoor deck.
Excellent hotel. Clean and comfy beds. Shower was great. Three downfalls: no microwave in the room but there’s one near where you can buy snacks in the lobby. I needed a microwave to heat a heating pad and had to come down to do it - not a huge downfall though. Secondly there are not enough and ports to charge things. Some hotels have those lamps that include outlets and/or ports on them and this hotel didn’t have any ports so you needed plugs for your charging cords and no extra outlet or ports near the beds. And on Thanksgiving morning at 8am or maybe even 7am a garbage truck (!!!) was under our window and it was the kind that lifts the dumpsters up and over the top so the garbage falls into the truck’s opening. It was loud and we thought there was a car crash! (I mean it’s Thanksgiving morning who is doing garbage on a holiday?!?) other than that I really enjoyed the stay. The shower was great (walk in shower) and bathroom was a good size. I would stay here again!!

Amazing rooms with house keeping every day, providing new towels, bedding, and pillows. The service was great as it acknowledged our membership and gave us breakfast coupons for free breakfasts for our entire stay. The location was great as it was located right outside a clubhouse with a pool and golf course.
I must’ve stayed at this hotel at least six times now and it is wonderful! Not too far away from the city and most of the suburbs. Lots of good food at or nearby the hotel, and the rooms are very well fitting for a couple people each. I recommend this place for anyone traveling to Philly who wants to stay out in the eastern suburbs.
